When Will I Receive My Order?

It typically takes 3-5 business days to receive any orders placed. We have products on hand and will be authenticating all orders before shipping. As soon as your order is confirmed and checked for quality, we will send you all tracking information for your order.

International delivery times vary and international customers are responsible for any additional taxes and fees once items are shipped.

Domestic shipping cost will be the standard cost depending on the state it is being shopped from. International shipping cost will vary depending on the country being shipped to and fees that may apply.

Pack up the items in a shipping box (it's best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in). Include a copy of your packing label. If you do not have a packing label, please include the following information:

• Email Address

• Telephone Number

• Order Confirmation Number

• Exchange Reason

• New Item(s) 

• Where To Mail Product To
